Luclaire will introduce himself with only his first name, if pressed for more he will use Nadai, those familiar with Hingashi theatre will know it's not a name but an honorific for principal actors
Those who have been regular patrons of the Mujikoza over the last ten years may recognize him as a up and coming onnagata(men who play the role of women on stage). The fan club of the Mujikoza gave him the nickname 'Ru-rin'
Natives of Radz-at-Han would be familiar with House Purabi, a well established family of silk dyers and soldiers, known for training its sons and daughters in a familial sword style. Illegitimate and unrecognized children do not use the Purabi name and are instead styled by the name of their Purabi parent as 'bin <parents name>'

House Purabi's sacred duty is a named Blood-Soaked Blade, and it's bearer is obligated to travel the world and use it to defend and protect, continuing the generations long task of purifying it
Though he bears no obvious outward signs of it anymore, Luclaire is of mixed Raen/Elezen parentage, older or well informed natives of Radz-at-Han may remember his elezen mother Clairesse, House Purabi's disownment of Ruzhir, or remember Luclaire as a child before he lost his scales
Those sensitive to dynamis will feel the deep urges of rage and destruction emanating from Luclaire's blade when it is unsheathed
